I refinanced my student loan with - on - - 2016. The check was sent to Discover on - - 2016 and cashed the following week. They have not reported to the credit agencies that the loan is closed. They also have yet to provide a closing statement and refund me approximately $1100.00. This also has dinged my credit score because today, due to their lack of action, I currently have - student loans outstanding. Their customer service and misinformation is very stressful.
