I have both private and federal loans with Navient. I went to the University - in -, CT. The last time I was in contact with Navient, they asked if I agreed to an autodialer contacting me if/when necessary. I said yes. They have been abusing this and just within the past 72 hours have called my cell phone over 10 times ; 5 of the times within an 8 hour period. The have also called me on the weekends ( both Saturday and Sunday ) after -. Just because I agreed to letting them call me does not mean they should be able to abuse the system like this. I also do not make enough income to be able to pay the amount they were asking. They were very difficult to work with on this and said that the Rate Reduction Program is a " step '' program where every time I renew it the $ $ amount increases. Thank you for your time!
