Hello my name is - -, I went to - - and have been attempting to pay my loans down and get better interest rates. I have a situation that I may need help with. I figure I 'll give you the info and you can help guid me from here. I refinanced some private student loans from - ( navient ) to - in - of 2015. Everything funded all was well, but in my account login for navient under that same account number it shows I still owe - ( rounded down ) on that account. I verified that the amount - funded was total loan amount. I can only conclude that they made an error. I have contacted them with my concern once in -. Not hearing from them I 'm or seeing any difference in the account I need to address this before any more time passes. I messaged them again inquiring what the deal is but I 'm paying interest on a loan that is already consolidated. I do n't know how exactly to proceed.
