Non-federal student loan Dealing with my lender or servicer Keep getting calls about my loan New Jersey

My loans have been taken out through sallie mae, but - as you know turned their loans over to navient. Navient is trying to change terms within our promissory notes in which states our private loans must be paid back in 48 months. This policy is not listed in our promissory notes that we signed off on, their has been no new promissory note sent to us stating new terms and policies. I am still in school and they are trying to make me pay back loans when I should not be according to the terms that I have signed off on in my promissory note. I understand that the CFPB might be suing Navient I would appreciate if this would be included in the suit. Thank You, - -
