I contacted - - and spoke with - - in the debt verification department regarding an account that should no longer be reported on my credit file. My original debt was with GE Bank which is now SYNCB Bank. My first date of delinquency was - 2008. This date was confirmed with the original creditor AND - - also confirmed that the date of the last payment was - 2008, however, - - stated that that information does not state that that was the FIRST date of delinquency. This statement by - - makes no sense being that the original creditor already confirmed this. This account was paid and I am not disputing that is was mine. I am complaining because it is over 7 years and should have been removed at least 4 months ago.
