Unable to get credit report/credit score Problem getting my free annual report New Mexico

Four complaints:1. While requesting - my annual reports, the internet went to a - '' for the reporting agency - TransUnion -, then a error message appeared saying that the secure site could not be reached. This also happened a few months ago during a request -. Because the online service was not producing my report, I decided to contact -, using their posted contact us '' form. 2. I tried to contact AnnualCreditReport.com by using both their


contact us '' form, it repeatedly posted a message that there was a problem in the tell us more about what happened '' comment field, and that I 'd have to correct the error ; however, there were no instructions as to what the error was or how to correct it. 3. After getting no results through the contact us '' form, I tried contacting - by the posted phone number : - ( which is the same number that Consumer Financial Protection Bureau gave me to contact - -. That phone number ( - ) provides only a repeating message and no live person to help troubleshoot the online problems with their website. 4. I 'm quite concerned that the - website is phishing! It certainly is acting like it is! and I do not need my identity jeopardized!
