I have not received any correspondence to date that states I have a contract with them to pay any amount. I do n't know who this company is, and what debts they are trying to collect on as I did n't know about these debts. The company is Portfolio Recovery Associates. With - collection accounts reporting past due amounts this is very damaging to my credit.
