Unable to get credit report/credit score Problem getting report or credit score Michigan

I am unable to validate '' to get both my TRANSUNION and - credit reports : the validation questions from both credit reporting agencies have questions about mortgage ( s ) and loans I have never heard of, as well as multiple choice answers that are unrelated to me. When I choose none of the above '' to all of the validation questions, I am 'told ' ( via website ) that my information does not match. That is ridiculous : the validation questions do not pertain to me and my 'none of the above ' responses should be accepted. I suspect that TransUnion and - have merged info about another consumer. Someone named - - '' crops up now and again. I do NOT have any idea who that person is!!! I am a -. I do NOT have a printer or fax machine and I do NOT drive much at all. I *do* have proof of my ID ( e.g. photo driver 's license ), current utility bills showing my address. I need to get my name/address info properly reflected on my credit reports AND I need a copy of my credit reports to dispute what I suspect is incorrect information.
