I have had BBVA Compass Bank as a lender since 2005. For the last - months, I have not received a mortgage statement and they report they are working on it. '' I have called them several times and they will not resolve it. They hang up on me. My mortgage is due to adjust now and they refuse to give me an update on the new amount.
