Other bank product/service Problems caused by my funds being low Virginia

I am currently unemployed, due to my current financial situation between - - - - I was assessed $430.00 in overdraft fees by BBT. I have exhausted all communication with BBT which ends up in me being frustrated. BBT 's Rep 's are not showing any mercy towards my current situation. An unemployed person can not paid back $430.00 in bank fees.
