Unable to get credit report/credit score Problem getting report or credit score New Jersey

I have an account with TransUnion that allows me to view mt credit report and credit score. The score that Transunion publishes is called a - ( TM ). They listed my score as -. I contacted a mortgage company for a Refinance, and they told me that based on their model, my score is -. Even though I understand that there are different criteria and methods for calculating a score, one would not understand there could be such a large discrepancy. I was mislead by the high score calculated by Transunion criteria. Now I am at a great disadvantage having made plans to refinance at this time.What recourse do I have, since I am dissatisfied with the service I have paid for with TransUnion for - years at $17.00 per month? By the way- the lender called the scores entered by the credit bureau services FAKE-O '' scores instead of FICOH scores. It seems very unfair, how can consumers play this game if we are not on a level playing field.
