Had a Capitol One card..Went into collections, and was paid through - - - - - -, MN - ... .I keep getting calls and harassment from -, I have explained many times that the debt is paid in full, they do n't listen ... .I 'd like to make a claim against them to stop this nonsense ... .Their phone # is - they go by Portfolio Recovery ... .Please advise me what to do ... I have all the docs from - - that it has been paid
