LoanDepot Consumer Loan managing the loan or lease January 5, 2016 - On -/-/-, I sent a payoff to Loan Depot in the amount of $34000.00 for a loan balance of # $33000.00. Due to untimely payment processing I ordered a stop pay on -/-/-. At that time my bank issued another check to loan depot in the amount of $34000.00. Again due to untimely payment processing I ordered a stop payment on -/-/-. On -/-/- I called Loan Depot to payoff the loan via ACH over the phone. LoanDepot Consumer Loan managing the loan or lease December 17, 2015 - I have an installment loan with Loan Depot. They do not send a monthly statement to inform me of how my payments are applied. When I view my account information on line there is no information as to the balance of the account after payments have been processed. In addition, the payment is auto drafted from my account on the - of every month by Loan Depot ; however, they do not apply the payment until the - of the month according to what they do post on line.
