Lending Club Corporation Consumer Loan managing the loan or lease May 17, 2016 - On at least 3 occasions, there was - unauthorized payment scheduled in addition to the single authorized payment by a phone representative. Each time it has required intervention to cancel the additional payment not authorized. Recently, a second unauthorized payment was withdrawn without consent, even after a call to cancel the duplicate was made prior the phone payment request which would have indicated that the unauthorized payment was still pending, and the representative ignored this fact, and scheduled the ( new ) duplicate anyway, causing a double withdraw and serious financial hards... |
Lending Club Corporation Consumer Loan managing the loan or lease April 8, 2016 - I have a loan with The lending Club in - -, CA. My loan has a grace period until the tenth of each month. I will often call like I did today and make my payment. Today is the -, Friday. They then tell me that my payment, even though I am calling it in on a friday in the morning, wo n't post until Monday the -. And that my payment will be considered " late '' internally. This is fraud. You can not take a person 's payment in good faith, two days before the grace period ends, and then because YOUR company takes a few days to process the payment, mark their account as late.
