On at least 3 occasions, there was - unauthorized payment scheduled in addition to the single authorized payment by a phone representative. Each time it has required intervention to cancel the additional payment not authorized. Recently, a second unauthorized payment was withdrawn without consent, even after a call to cancel the duplicate was made prior the phone payment request which would have indicated that the unauthorized payment was still pending, and the representative ignored this fact, and scheduled the ( new ) duplicate anyway, causing a double withdraw and serious financial hardship.
