I helped this person out previously by paying her payment. However, I was never co-signer and I am not responsible for her account. Without my permission they have withdrawn - payments on 1 day for her account. I would like to know if there is anything I can do against this. at this point they are saying they can refund me in 3-5 business days, but in that time i have bills due.... |
Harpeth Financial Services, LLC Consumer Loan managing the loan or lease January 27, 2016 - I opened a payday loan with advance financial they immediately told me that because I took out a payday loan that I qualified for an installment loan also I ended up taking out the installment loan also. I may have made one payment on the installment loan before they told me they no longer offer payday loans or installment loans. They said I had to switch both loans to their new flex loan. Right after doing this I started asking a lot of questions which no one could answer. I spoke with a district manager who also could not explain how the loan works.
