Banco Popular North America Consumer Loan managing the loan or lease December 12, 2016 - I made a request to Banco popular - times-one by phone, - in person and - by fax to change my ACH debit account number. Nothing was done. They continued to take the monthly payment from the account that I no longer wanted them to use. Last month, They took my payment - $120.00 - from the old account and a week later they took an additional $48.00 from the new account. I called customer service on -/-/16 and I was instructed by an employee named - to fax statement screenshots to start an investigation.
