Synchrony Bank Credit card privacy November 22, 2015 - -/-/-, Synchrony Bank/JCP called our home landline since I was n't able to make a payment on my card that was due on -/-/-. My husband answered the phone. The person he spoke with gave him my JCP credit card account information without my permission even if he knows that he is not a joint or authorized user of my credit card. As far as I know, it is unfair business practice and that they are not allowed to give my credit card information to my husband. And that they violated my privacy. Synchrony Bank Credit card privacy October 16, 2015 - I have received over - calls from this time period just on my cell phone alone from Synchrony bank, including automated messages each time. I have received at least the same number of calls at my work number - and - as well as voice messages and I am not allowed to have phone calls of this nature at my work numbers and my cell phone number - since I also use my cell phone for work purposes. I am requesting to not be contacted at either of these numbers. This company is violating the privacy policy as I have already requested them to remove these numbers and they continue to call. ... |
