June 1, 2015 - I switched cell phone service providers from - to - - - over a year ago. I asked to keep my - number and - - - processed that request. However, before they did that, they created a new phone number without my knowledge and put charges on it ( under my name ). I never knew those charges and phone number existed until I received a notice from a collection agency for non-payment of $87.00. In the meantime, I had been paying my bill as agreed and was not in arrears. I tried without success to speak with - - - about this ; I 've been trying to resolve this for man...
