State Farm Bank Credit card closing/cancelling account November 28, 2015 - - - 2015 I saw that my State Farm credit card had expired - 2015. I called to inquire where my updated card was and they informed me the card had been canceled. The customer service rep was n't able to tell me why, but said they would have someone call me the next business day. That call did happen and I was informed the card was closed - 2015 due to inactivity. I had used the card - 2015. I never received a letter stating that my card was going to be cancelled or had been cancelled. The woman I spoke with regarding why card was canceled told me they do n't mail letters-they jus... |
