I 'm writing because I noticed that my most recent credit report contains late payment reported on 30 DAYS -/-/-, for my KAY JEWELERS CARD # .-.I have contacted customer service on -/-/- to remove that reporting from all - major credit reporting agency due to the error but Sterling Jewelers Inc- Division : Kay Jewelers Customer Care refused to remove the reporting.
