Monday morning I call and I am told the hold is still on my account. Tuesday - -, I call with the same request, this time they tell me the card was sent. I asked how this was possible, they had no answer for that question. I asked for time of delivery and they said -10 business days, so I tell them i have financial obligations I need to take care of, so we setup another replacement card to be expedite... |

I misplaced my card prompting me to contact Rushcard to request a new one. Rushcard was kind enough to expedite my new card and I received it two days later. The problem that I have been having is that I can not get my new card activated. Two days ago I misplaced my card and had to report it Rush Card and request a new card. Well let me tell about the last - hours on the phone and not being able to contact Customer Service to do what THEY require. Without my card I can not pay rent buy food and pay my bills that are due now. I have already discontinued my direct deposits and changed banks. The first time I am replacing a card. I was charged a fee when I was told I was n't going to be. so I called to dispute the - $ fee I was told 1-2 business days it would be removed it has been a week it is still there. This is after I had to argue with a lady to tell her that I have never replaced a card before because she kept telling me I did, when the previous person had confirmed with me that I had not and it would be sent free of charge. I also needed to dispute a charge that was charged twice and they sent me the dispute paper ... |
