I have had an account with Rush Card for six years now. Two days ago I misplaced my card and had to report it Rush Card and request a new card. Well let me tell about the last - hours on the phone and not being able to contact Customer Service to do what THEY require. Without my card I can not pay rent buy food and pay my bills that are due now. I have already discontinued my direct deposits and changed banks. This whole deal with Rush Card is a bunch of - and needs to be dealt with one the Federal Level.
