I am a rush card customer and I called to replace a card. The first time I am replacing a card. I was charged a fee when I was told I was n't going to be. so I called to dispute the - $ fee I was told 1-2 business days it would be removed it has been a week it is still there. This is after I had to argue with a lady to tell her that I have never replaced a card before because she kept telling me I did, when the previous person had confirmed with me that I had not and it would be sent free of charge. I also needed to dispute a charge that was charged twice and they sent me the dispute paper I faxed it and they do n't know if they got it. I was calling for 3 days the phone kept ringing and hanging up telling me my social was wrong, or would just keep me on hold and hang up or would n't ring at all. This morning -/-/2015 I attempted to call and it keeps hanging up. I have been waiting for a replacement card for 11 days.


account because it was locked I do n't know why, I cant reset it because I am still waiting for a card so I have no idea how much money is in my account now and there is n't anything they can do. This is very unprofessional if you do n't have the money or technology required to do a update do n't do it because - customers are dependent on you for a means of living. This is sad, a - owned business that I truly believe was great has turned into a major disappointment. - - get it together. Praying for those affected ARE YOU KIDDING ME? We are n't dying but who knows someone might since they cant access there funds for medicine or even food. My heat payment is late and there is n't anything I can do. You said you will call people if the DM you on - that they are still having a problem! What difference does that make because they would be talking to you? Like come on this is serious! you have money, and you created rush card for those that you believe needed the help now what do you call this! SAD! Get it together!!! UNCLE RUSH!!! The apologizes, prayers and promises do not improve anything.
