I reported my card lost/stolen on the night of - - 2016, at the time I wanted to expedite my replacement card, I was told that i would have to wait I would have to wait til Monday. Monday morning I call and I am told the hold is still on my account. Tuesday - -, I call with the same request, this time they tell me the card was sent. I asked how this was possible, they had no answer for that question. I asked for time of delivery and they said -10 business days, so I tell them i have financial obligations I need to take care of, so we setup another replacement card to be expedited ( -3 business days ). i did not receive it in the time allotted, i have talked to these Representative countless times and this still no mitigation.
