Westlake Services, LLC Consumer Loan charged fees or interest i didn't expect June 4, 2016 - I paid the title loan off in full per the claim from Wilshire Consumer Credit - -, 2016 and now rude and very unprofessional argumentative customer service stating I must pay additional $690.00 to pay in full and get the title back for my truck, I have made several attempts to contact the supervisor however she never returns my call or respond to my letters. I paid the loan back in full $6200.00 and just want my title free and clear.... |

I gave a $1500.00 down payment which left a balance of $4900.00. I received the loan payments breakdown of $350.00 per month for 37 months. That is a total of $12000.00 plus the initial $1500.00 deposit. So I am financing $4900.00 to pay back $12000.00? Furthermore, I did not get to drive the truck until the A/C was repaired as advertised. Westlake Services, LLC Consumer loan charged fees or interest i didn't expect July 28, 2015 - I started a new loan with Wilshire consumer credit in - of - payments were $180.00 per month the loan amount was $2500.00. I kept looking at my statements and the balance never really changed I spoke to a loan agent and apparently my interest rate is 75 % since - - my total payments is over a $1000.00 and only $140.00 went to the principal. I did not know this till I called last week. That type of interest rate mean I wont be able to pay this off till - or -. I believe this to be abuse. ... |

I completed a title loan with this company a little over a year ago. I made payments per the agreement each month until -/-/- when I was forced into - and unable to work. Westlake Services, LLC Consumer loan charged fees or interest i didn't expect May 8, 2015 - Contact a car title company then received calls from Wilshire Consumer Credit unknowing they were a cold call marketing scam company where they indicated 9.5 % then came to deliver contract in the evening received documents showing an undisclosed percentage with check of $2500.00 then they after received - payments they stated I signed and initialed for 95 % annual interest rate and my payoff is more then borrowed unless I pay off after 24 months.
