Synchrony Bank Credit card application processing delay September 16, 2015 - Applied for a lowes credit card on - - 2015 and was not approved online. I filed a complaint with the - against Lowes and was contacted by Lowes executive department. They said that they would contact the bank and said that synchrony would contact me within 30 days. Nearly a month passed by and I heard nothing I was supposed to get a response from lowes in regards to my credit application within 7-10 days but I did not hear anything from them until the - of -.
