TD Bank US Holding Company Consumer Loan shopping for a loan or lease May 27, 2016 - I went to apply for a loan through a credit union only to discover that I had a repossession on my credit and was denied the loan. I had never had a car loan with this company. I contacted the company and they said I was the primary signer on the account. I asked them for a copy of the signed contract and any information regarding the account. They told me they did n't have a copy of the contract and would send me the paperwork of when car was sold at auction. They did n't have an order of repossession.
