TD Bank US Holding Company Consumer Loan department,
Vehicle loan Shopping for a loan or lease Texas
I went to apply for a loan through a credit union only to discover that I had a repossession on my credit and was denied the loan. I had never had a car loan with this company. I contacted the company and they said I was the primary signer on the account. I asked them for a copy of the signed contract and any information regarding the account. They told me they did n't have a copy of the contract and would send me the paperwork of when car was sold at auction. They did n't have an order of repossession. The account was opened over 9 years ago and closed almost 6 years ago. I have never received anything from them. I told them that this is fraud and they said to contact their fraud department. When I called the fraud department it was a voicemail recording. I left several messages for them to call me back and now been waiting a month. I called the company several times and got conflicting stories with each new person. I was told to file a police report but I do n't have any documentation to suggests fraud or identity theft either way. The finance company would n't tell me the dealership for me to contact them directly too. I would think there has to be a paper trail somewhere. The finance company TD Auto Finance.
