TD Bank US Holding Company Credit card rewards April 18, 2016 - On -/-/16 I discovered unauthorized charges from -/-/16 totaling almost $8000.00 & the loss of - in reward points. I immediately called TD to alert them of the problem. I was told to give them - hours to correct my account and that it was a widespread problem affecting numerous customers. I contacted the company 3 more times & was told different stories by different representatives. I sent a certified letter on -/-/16 requesting the money to be credited back to me and also to restore my reward points. The charges were credited back but the reward points were not. ... |
TD Bank US Holding Company Credit card rewards January 11, 2016 - I applied for and received a TD Cash Rewards - - credit card in - -. On -/-/- I received the card in the mail. The letter I received from TD Bank stated that I would earn 5 % cash rewards on eligible retail purchases ( defined as dining, grocery, gas, cable, phone and utility bill payments ) during the first - billing cycles, up to $450.00 cash back ( a copy of the letter is attached ). When I called to activate the card I was also informed that if I spent $500.00 in the first 90 days I would receive a $200.00 cash bonus and a - Galaxy Tab 2 tablet. I received ... |
