I sent a debt validation request asking for information and they have yet to respond. They even pursued to report the debt to - and had not yet validated the debt with me during this 30 day period. On - a request for validation of debt was sent to the debt collector. On - a second request for debt validation was sent to the debt collector. Although federal law requires a 30 day response, the debt collector has yet to validate this alleged debt and now they are in violation of the FCRA and should immediately removed this unverifiable information from my credit report.... |

I have requested several times for verification which this company will not furnish a signed authorization allowing medical bills obtain. They just furnish a statement which proves nothing.
