Medical Disclosure verification of debt Not given enough info to verify debt California

I have been making payments to one advantage and they are not applying them to my account. The customer service rep said that have another other accounts not reflected on my credit report. I currently have an open dispute because they sent me verification for another person with similar name. They also have an account in which they list the first name of - of my children and the last name is totally different. They said I have a balance of about $1100.00 when all - credit reports are showing only $530.00.
