Sunrise Credit Services Inc. Debt collection disclosure verification of debt not given enough info to verify debt November 5, 2016 - I canceled my mother 's cable account last -, since she is ill and has moved in with me. Her monthly bill was approximately - and was paid up to date. I received a bill from a collection agency on behalf of - for $440.00. I contacted them twice to dispute the bill and never heard from them. I was then sent a notice from Sunrise Credit Services. I again disputed the bill. Sunrise Credit Service sent me a statement from - dated - of 2015. The service was cancelled in - of 2015 and the house was rented out in - of 2015.... |
Sunrise Credit Services Inc. Debt collection disclosure verification of debt right to dispute notice not received January 19, 2016 - Sunrise collection is collecting a debt on behalf of - -.The debt originated from - in New jersey, in which I returned all equipment and final balance. I was required to also give a new forwarding address to the business in case of any issues and the equipment was not received. I have not received any phone calls or written notices that their was an issue with a uncollected debt. I also did not receive any call from -/-/- till -/-/- to in question of any debt from Sunrise credit collection agency.
