I canceled my mother 's cable account last -, since she is ill and has moved in with me. Her monthly bill was approximately - and was paid up to date. I received a bill from a collection agency on behalf of - for $440.00. I contacted them twice to dispute the bill and never heard from them. I was then sent a notice from Sunrise Credit Services. I again disputed the bill. Sunrise Credit Service sent me a statement from - dated - of 2015. The service was cancelled in - of 2015 and the house was rented out in - of 2015.
