Debt collection disclosure verification of debt right to dispute notice not received January 28, 2016 - I received a bill from an apartment management company for damage to the unit. When I called to speak to them regarding these charges, the gentleman told me he would not discuss the amount and even if I sent payment he would not accept it and instead he would send me to a collection agency - which is listed at the same address as the apartment management company - so that my credit would be damaged. I never received another bill from either the management company or the collection agency. I paid the debt in - of - in order to remove it from my credit report, but this company continues ... |
