United Consumers Inc Debt collection disclosure verification of debt right to dispute notice not received July 26, 2016 - I did not receive notice in the mail of my right to dispute this debt AND I did not receive any notice in the mail of an attempt by this company to collect a debt. The debt collection agency had an apartment number - - - - in my address thus making the address invalid/inaccurate. They claim to have sent me a letter but will not provide me any proof of a letter showing notice of collection of debt.
