The United Security Financial Corporation or - - sent me a notice yesterday. They said under my contract my rates could increase to $1000.00 according to my closing documents. Interest rates have begun to show a sign of increasing. I feel this is a deceptive practice. The rules with the -. hybrid ARM are clear. My interest rate is locked in for 3 years.
