When I made the payment, the person I spoke to, said they will provide me with a letter stating I no longer owe them the debt. I spoke to my Lender, and she said, she has received a deletion letter from Allied Collections about 3 days ago. I 've called several times Allied Collections in the last three days, and they refuse to provide me with the deletion letter. I do n't understand why they refuse to provide me with that letter if the debt has already been paid.... |

At first my insurance only covered the expense as out of network, but I filed an appeal and eventually got my insurance to cover the entire expense as in-network.
