On -/-/2017 I received an alert on my credit report that a collection account had been added to my credit reports. I logged into my account to see what the account was. I noticed that Allied Collection Services had placed a collection on my credit reports. I sent a certified letter to Allied Collection Services on -/-/2017 for which they signed for on -/-/2017. In the letter, I requested that Allied send me validation of debt with proof bearing my signature not " verification of debt, '' anyone can look at a computer screen and see a name and say a debt is verified. I would like a copy of my written signature. I received a letter from Allied Collection Services on -/-/2017 providing me documents stating that they verified the debt to be mine, however nowhere on the document has my signature. On the document there is an address that I do not recognize as well as I could not locate my bank


In addition, I should not have been made aware of this debt via my credit report. It is the responsibility of the Collection Agency per the FCRA to contact me in writing 30 days prior to placing this account on my credit report and give me a chance to validate or dispute the debt. I was not given this chance and in turn this debt has hurt my credit score, as I have no collection accounts on my credit report. This account being added dropped my score over 40 points. I am very upset by this and would like this rectified immediately. I will be seeking damages as outlined in my letter to Allied Collection Services on -/-/2017 if this is not fixed immediately.
