Citibank Money transfers money was not available when promised April 29, 2015 - I made a wire transfer through Citibank to - in the amount of $18000.00 in order to purchase a land in - on -. It took almost 1 month and the fund was never received by the beneficiary. I got answers that the transfer takes up to 5 day,10 days, and 20 days ... every time I called.
