I am filing a complaint regarding an International Bank Wire Transfer. On -/-/2016, I directed my bank ( Citibank ) to Wire Funds to a colleague in -. The funds were not deposited into the account identified in my bank wire instructions. I notified my bank of the missing funds within 72 hours and they have attempted to contact the recipient 's bank ( - ) thru the - system for information on the disposition of the funds. - has failed/refused to respond.
