September 10, 2015 - Consumer Portfolio Services Account Inquiries System, - has constantly called our home asking for a person who does not live here. I have asked if they have any action against either myself or my wife and they admit they do not. I have advised them that I will not discuss with them any person who does not live in my home. April 13, 2015 - My daughter recently filed for bankruptcy and her car was included in that filing. She no longer wants or can afford the car so I decided that I would try to reach a settlement agreement with the lender Consumer Portfolio Services ( CPS ). We went back and forth a few times until we verbally agreed on a fair price.
