This person claims I have an old debt that I need to acknowledge and states that he is in contact with my county to get me served with documents. I have requested that he send me something in writing regarding this debt or to give me contact information for my original creditor and he has to refuse to do either but continues to call my place of employment after I have asked him ... |

They start off by telling me they have my social security number, my kids names where I work etc. They say I owe over a thousand dollars for frauding a bank. They also say this was from -/-/2010 I do not owe anything like this. I have asked them repeatedly to stop calling me at work and they call right back within a couple of minutes.
