Sullivan Asset Management, LLC Debt collection department,
Communication tactics Frequent or repeated calls Vermont
They keep calling like - to - times a day saying I owe money to a bank in VT and that I need to pay it. They start off by telling me they have my social security number, my kids names where I work etc. They say I owe over a thousand dollars for frauding a bank. They also say this was from -/-/2010 I do not owe anything like this. I have asked them repeatedly to stop calling me at work and they call right back within a couple of minutes. They ask to speak to my supervisor at work. Its always the same guy but he gives me different names. He refuses to give me the address of where his company is. He states he has given me all the information he will give me. The only thing I got out of him is his phone number which is -. He says the company is called Sullivan Assets Management but when you call it he answers with a different company name. He has sworn at me because I refuse to give him any information. They also have my email address but they dont send anything in writing. When I tell them I am reporting them to the Attorney Generals Office they say it wont do any good and that they will continue to call me. They know my age which is - because he says to me someone that is - should be paying their bills. Its harassment and possibly a scam and I would like you to look into this.
