Kays failed to send me any notification that the reduced payment plan ended after - to four months and because of this I was paying the reduced amount of $90.00 a month instead of $130.00. I observed that my payment due was increasing and reached out to Kays in regards to this issue and at that time I was informed that my payment plan had stopped. A Kay Jewelers employee asked me as I passed if I was -. I said I am -. She said she needed only - signatures that day to meet her goal and would I help her? Once you receive you card you are able to sign up for paperless billing statements delivered to your email. This service is provided by all of my credit card companies which I opt in to allow me to manage my payments and credit line accounts as I am certain that many folks do. Sterling Jewlers however continues to fail to send the e-statements yet are able to send multiple ( up to 5 per week ) sales promotional emails.
