Credit card customer service / customer relations June 8, 2015 - I was contacted yesterday -/-/- on my business phone from a debt collector - ( assest recovery services ) at - I spoke with - in legal dept after - called my business phone and left a message saying that I had a legal claim against me. I called - back and she put me through to -. - advised me that there was a debt owed to - bank in my previous name that I have not held in 15 years.
