January 13, 2016 - I just received my BBVA Compass - card on -/-/2016 after activating and attempting to use my card at - it was declined. I have no idea what to think about my business interactions with BBVA Compass bank. I have had nothing but issues and frankly this is VERY upsetting. Why is BBVA bank treating me in this fashion? I have done nothing wrong. I called customer service and they informed me the account was opened on -/-/2016 and closed on -/-/2016. WHY ARE YOU DOING THIS? BBVA Compass Credit card customer service / customer relations

June 11, 2015 - Currently on a landline and cell phone calling BBVA Compass. I 've already been on hold for over - minutes and counting. It appears that this bank does not want to answer my question/concerns. I 'm currently out of footprint, and would have to drive - hours to get my credit card issue handled. I 've used the call back option before, but the problem is they call back and give no information why they are calling back. How do I know this is n't - of the many telemarketing callers I get. So when you do answer, it 's typically hours later while you 're doing something else and not thinking...
