I just received my BBVA Compass - card on -/-/2016 after activating and attempting to use my card at - it was declined. I have no idea what to think about my business interactions with BBVA Compass bank. I have had nothing but issues and frankly this is VERY upsetting. Why is BBVA bank treating me in this fashion? I have done nothing wrong. I called customer service and they informed me the account was opened on -/-/2016 and closed on -/-/2016. WHY ARE YOU DOING THIS? I have done nothing wrong to BBVA Compass to receive this treatment.
