PNC Bank Credit card customer service / customer relations May 17, 2015 - I paid a payment using a check to the bank that services the credit card account that I have. The amount processed, - to the credit card account and to my checking account was the same amount, but was different than what I thought I had written on the check. Despite letters by postal mail and numerous phone calls with the credit card servicing bank, I was not able to get copy of the check. My own bank, from which the check was cashed, does not have the copy, as it was processed as electronic debit.
