I paid a payment using a check to the bank that services the credit card account that I have. The amount processed, - to the credit card account and to my checking account was the same amount, but was different than what I thought I had written on the check. Despite letters by postal mail and numerous phone calls with the credit card servicing bank, I was not able to get copy of the check. My own bank, from which the check was cashed, does not have the copy, as it was processed as electronic debit. I would like to see a copy of the check, but credit card servicing bank absolutely will not provide that. I paid interest charge due to different in amount that was paid. Thank you. Credit card servicing bank was PNC Bank. The last phone call to customer service had rep state that PNC could not provide check image, even though previous customer service rep stated that they could and it would be mailed within - month of my call.
